Position Summary
The Tax Manager / Senior Manager is responsible for all phases of client engagements, including primary client relationship maintenance, highly proactive management of tax compliance, tax advisory services, and developing and coaching professional staff. The role requires exceptional client service, relationship development, participation in practice development, expanding services to existing clients, and recruiting additional team members. Candidates should manage firm risk on tax services performed, review various types of complex tax returns, grow technical knowledge, and deliver value‑added tax planning ideas to clients.
