Quality and Manufacturing Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Quality and Manufacturing to oversee quality engineering and manufacturing engineering functions for hardware products.

Key Responsibilities

Validate manufacturing readiness for new product introduction (NPI) builds

Partner with engineering teams on design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) reviews

Create and maintain quality control plans across incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality control processes

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related hardware-focused discipline

Hands-on experience with production lines, fixtures, and hardware manufacturing processes

Strong understanding of quality systems including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and Six Sigma

Proven experience leading root cause analysis and driving corrective actions

Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers, preferably in Asia
