ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency first opened its doors in 1974 and is supported today by a dedicated team of four. Before becoming an agent, I was a basketball coach and teacher. The path to this career started unexpectedlywhen I went in to buy a life insurance policy from my State Farm agent, he convinced me Id be great at this business. I took the leap, fell in love with the work, and the rest is history.

I graduated from William Jewell College and am proud to be a father to one daughter and two sons, as well as a grandfather to six wonderful grandchildren. Community involvement has always been close to my heart. We do a lot of charitable work for a local mothers charity supporting young moms, and were active in youth programs and other local initiatives.

We keep things flexible and supportive here Im very understanding when it comes to time off and make sure my team has the space they need for their personal lives. Many of my team members have been with me for years, which speaks to the trust and stability weve built together.

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Robert Watson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
