Job Summary
Seeks, develops, and maintains relationships with new and potential clients nationwide to drive sustainable growth and manages Sales teams. Responsible for helping F | STAFF achieve better brand recognition and financial growth through coordinating with company executives, reviewing market trends, and proposing strategies to improve revenue. This position is focused on growing business in all markets across the entire United States of America.
Essential Functions
· Identifies and researches potential clients; builds, develops, and maintains new and existing client relationships
· Develops and manages sales teams including market plans, sales pipelines, and performance
· Build up every market with current business, find new prospects, and close deals
· Gathers useful information from customer and competitor data
· Makes and gives presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
· Tracks, identifies, and adds qualified prospects to sales pipeline
· Develops and manages strategic partnerships to grow business
· Tracks and reports on the status of existing client contracts and agreements
· Drives the end-to-end sales process
· Conducts ongoing market research
· Provides trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
· Maintains quality service by adhering to organization standards
· Collaborates with other departments as needed
· Heavily involved with Marketing efforts and propaganda
· Provide training and development for all sales roles
· Heavy use of phones, email, social media, and any other form of communication to meet and close new clients

Supervisory Functions: Yes
Minimum Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· At least 5 years of experience in sales; or Bachelor’s degree in related field
· At least 2 years of related experience in sales/business development team management
Preferred Qualifications:
· At least 2 years of experience in staffing
· At least 1 year of experience selling to large corporate organizations
· At least 3 years sales team management experience
Physical Demands:
· Must be able to sit and type at a computer terminal for long periods of time including an entire working day
· Extensive use of phone throughout the working day

· Negotiation and leadership skills
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to adapt to situations and work independently
· Ability to identify and resolve issues
· Ability to analyze and leverage data to effectively execute sales strategies
· Knowledge of Customer Relations Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite
