Key Responsibilities

Processes surgical authorizations and denials according to specific payor guidelines

Screen for member eligibility

Retrieve clinical notes and accurately enter information into the electronic medical record system

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

2+ years of medical office or healthcare support-related experience

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to work remotely in the state of Massachusetts
