$32 - $36 per hour base + Travel & Field Uplift Rates + Overtime + Training + Progression

In this role, you'll support field technicians both in the shop and on-site, preparing and maintaining tools, assisting with installation and servicing, and learning directly on the job. You'll travel in the field (50% once fully trained) and gain exposure to testing, rigging, troubleshooting, and repair work, while enjoying the stability of a full-time role with extra earning potential and clear progression opportunities.

The Role :

• Assist senior technicians with servicing, installation, and troubleshooting of machinery
• Support shop operations when not in the field, including repair and reconditioning
• Travel across multiple states to customer sites (50% once trained but starting at 25%)
• Train directly on mechanical and electrical high-voltage power equipment
