Principal Firewall & Zero Trust Network Security Engineer

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the strategic design and architecture of large-scale network infrastructures.• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of network engineers.• Drive research and development initiatives.• Develop and maintain technical standards and best practices.• Lead troubleshooting efforts of complex network issues.• Serve as a subject matter expert on network technologies.• Represent the company in industry forums.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or related experience gained through college degree programs and or certifications in related field• 10+ years of experience in network engineering.• Expert-level knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.• Extensive experience with network equipment from leading vendors.• Strong understanding of data center networking, virtualization, cloud technologies, and emerging trends.• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Relevant certifications preferred.
