Century Group's finance banking client is searching for Data Entry Specialist. This position is temporary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $21 to $24 per hour.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into computer databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain records of maintenance work orders, equipment inspections, and inventory levels.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency by following established data entry procedures.
- Organize and manage physical and digital files for documents and records.
- Compile data from various sources to create comprehensive reports for the management team.
- Generate reports on inventory usage and reordering needs.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Demonstrate proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.Be proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word).Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.Communicate effectively in written and verbal communication.REF #48863
