Job Summary :

Amazon Music is a music platform and online music store that connects fans, artists, and creators through music, podcasts, and culture. The role involves architecting and building application frameworks for customer experiences on TV and Big screens, while also enhancing the developer experience through various tools and support.

Responsibilities :

Architect, build, and maintain an application framework tailored to build customer experiences across TV and Big screens devices, Web or Mobile apps.

Design and develop tools to augment the developer experience, including but not limited to :

Git helpers and integrations with Gitlab

Build and distribution workflows

Operational metrics and dashboards

Provide hands-on support and training to other developers who are less acquainted with React Native, TypeScript, and GraphQL.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure our tools and technologies are cutting-edge.

Qualifications : Required :

3+ years of programming using a modern programming language such as Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design experience

2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

Preferred :

3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers

Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

Experience in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics or natural language processing
