Essential Job Functions:

• General knowledge of Consultant's assigned clients' programs
• Respond to general inquiries from customers when Consultant is not available
• Communicate consistently with Consultant on any activities with customers
• Assists in ordering services and providing documents and information for assigned customer files
• Timely and complete documentation of activity in Altair systems
• Process customer requests for benefits including but not limited to disbursements, lodging and travel
• Any additional tasks, activities, and/or projects as required

Education: High School diploma or the equivalent combination of experience, skills, training, and education required.

Training and Experience:

• Prior administrative experience and skills with exceptional follow-up skills
• Ability to deliver a great customer experience
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, high diligence
• Working knowledge of various software applications and tools including but not limited to Microsoft Office Products, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to confidently communicate at multiple levels across the Company and with others as required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Deadline and time sensitive

Work/Physical Environment: Office setting and/or home office work environment. Team members must be able to operate standard office equipment. Team members spend a substantial amount of time working on the computer, on the phone speaking with customers and working under deadlines.
