Senior Technical Program Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Technical Program Managerto lead strategic, cross-functional programs that drive the design, development, and delivery of cloud-based software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in computer science or electrical engineering, combined with proven experience managing complex software initiatives at scale within cloud environments. This role will be based in Santa Clara, California.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead large-scale, complex cloud software development programs from concept through delivery.
• Partner closely with engineering, product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution.
• Drive cross-functional communication and alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve program-level risks, conflicts, and interdependencies proactively.
• Champion continuous improvement and scalable processes across teams to optimize execution and delivery.
• Provide executive-level visibility through reporting, dashboards, and structured program governance.

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide.
