Job Title: Behavior Technician (Part-Time Shift)
Schedule: Tuesday- Friday (8:30am 3:30pm)
Location: Natural Supports Clinic
Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Position Summary:
Join our innovative and supportive team at Natural Supports Clinic as a Behavior Technician.
You'll work under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver exceptional behavioral interventions and support to youth with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Your role will involve implementing individualized treatment plans that boost
social, communication, leisure, and adaptive skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement Treatment Plans: Execute individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
created by the supervising BCBA.
Data Collection: Accurately gather and record data on client progress and objectives during each
session.
Behavioral Interventions: Apply evidence-based strategies to support pro-social skill development
and minimize maladaptive behaviors.
Client Support: Provide direct support, guidance, and engagement with clients to promote their
independence and enhance their quality of life.
Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with team members.
Session Preparation: Prepare materials and activities for sessions, ensuring everything is ready before
the client's arrival.
Professional Development: Participate in training and professional development opportunities to
enhance your skills and knowledge.
Ethical Conduct: Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice to maintain high professional
standards.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Psychology, Education,or a related field preferred.
Must haves: be at least 21 years of age with a valid Drivers License.
Experience: Prior experience working with individuals with IDD and/or ASD preferred.
Skills:
o Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
o Excellent observational and data collection skills.
o Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
o Patience, compassion, and a strong desire to help others.
Work setting:
Environment: Work in both clinic and community settings. Community settings are group outings torecreation centers, local library, and various other locations in order to further generalize skills Learned in the clinical setting.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, engage in physical activities with clients, andperform tasks that may involve bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Schedule: Flexible schedule with availability to work morning, afternoon, and early evening sessionsfrom Monday to Friday.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $22.00-$26.00/hour based on experience and qualifications.
Hours: Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week for full-time roles.
