Brought by visionaries and operators of Tomaso's, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker. The Sicilian Butcher is a chef-driven neighborhood restaurant developed by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore.

The Sicilian Butcher is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality food that our guests love. You'll support the kitchen's daily operations, assist with food preparation, and help train and mentor our kitchen staff. What You'll Do :

• Culinary Leadership : Support our Sous Chef and Kitchen Manager with food preparation, menu execution, and daily kitchen operations.
• Recipe and Menu Execution : Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes by following The Sicilian Butcher's signature recipes.
• Mentorship & Training : Help train and mentor kitchen staff in food safety, preparation techniques, and best practices.
• Food Safety & Quality Control : Take a leading role in food safety, temperature control, and quality assurance.
• Supervision & Coordination : Oversee activities of cooks and kitchen staff, ensuring an efficient, clean, and productive workspace.
• Inventory & Ordering : Assist with inventory management, ordering food products, and controlling food costs.
• Catering & Event Support : Contribute to catering and special events, supporting seamless food preparation and service.
