About the Director of Surgical Services (RN):

In this role, you will provide the strategic leadership and day to day management for the Surgical Services Department. You will develop goals and objectives for the department, identify growth strategies, provide mentoring and coaching, ensure collaborative and positive physician relationships, create and implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and should be able to build and maintain positive relationships across all levels.

Qualifications & Requirements for Director of Surgical Services (RN):

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred / Associate's degree required
• Active RN License State of Tennessee
• Minimum one (1) years of progressive surgical services/operating room leadership experience
• Minimum three (3) years of surgical services/OR nursing experience
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Inspirational and collaborative leadership style
