PLM System Data Entry Specialist

Job Title: PLM System Data Entry Specialist (Temporary)

Location: Commerce, CA (Hybrid)

Schedule: 30-40 hours per week for 2-3 months; preferred hours are 9 AM - 3 PM

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support the implementation of our new software system, Centric PLM (Product Lifecycle Management). The role involves entering data into the system that cannot be uploaded directly. The ideal candidate will be trained on how to use Centric PLM and will work with various data sources to ensure accurate and timely data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data into Centric PLM from various sources.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry.
• Learn and apply new software system functionalities.
• Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve issues.
• Maintain organized records of data entered and provide updates on progress.

• Requirements/Skills:

  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with data entry and management.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective organizational and communication skills.
  • Prior experience with data entry or similar tasks is a plus.

• Additional Information:

  • Preference will be given to candidates based in Los Angeles due to the hybrid nature of the role.
  • Flexibility to work within the preferred schedule of 9 AM - 3 PM.
