This position will extend our expertise through digital to consumers, patients and providers to improve their health journey by providing expertise in digital strategy, digital transformation and program management. This role will provide critical best practices for moving from a traditional operating model to an agile, Product Delivery operating model. / ph3Responsibilities / h3ulliProvide expertise in product management, strategy, and digital transformation Best Practices. / liliProvide guidance for moving multiple stakeholder teams toward an Agile Product methodology business model. / liliProvide advice as needed on portfolio project intake, prioritization, organizational design, team / role changes, business rhythms changes, meeting cadence changes, etc. / liliAssist in executing a digital roadmap by removing blockers and supporting strategic initiatives. / liliAssess efficacy of current programs, identify gaps, and propose solutions. / liliSolve ambiguous problems, drive escalation and issue resolution, and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks that impede progress. / liliDetermine resource gaps and work with leadership to address gaps. / liliCollaborate and liaise with senior management, IT, operations, subject matter experts, UX, other product teams, external partners, and business development partners as needed as the company transforms to an agile Product Delivery Operating Model. / liliEnsure business and technical stakeholder needs are aligned by driving productive discussions that surface conflicts of interest and that lead to clear decisions and paths forward. / li / ulh3Qualifications / h3ulliHealthcare technology and EHR system experience / lili15+ years Program Management, Digital Transformation, Vision and Strategy development. / liliDeep knowledge of Content / Product / Search management systems, digital maintenance and operations processes, knowledge management systems, search, mobile, personalization engines, data modeling and master file management, workflow modeling, business process re-engineering, digital asset management, vendor negotiations, relationship management. / liliKnowledge and a passion for emerging technologies and how they empower businesses to deliver great products. / liliProven ability to innovate and come up with ideas to help drive progress forward. / liliProven strategic thinking and ability to dive deeply into specific functional areas and learn whats necessary to succeed. / liliAbility to lead change and adapt quickly to changing business landscape. / liliAbility to assume ownership in an atmosphere of ambiguity, act on own initiative, and be proactive. / liliAbility to build relationships foster partnerships across multiple disciplines. / liliStrong team management, leadership, and coaching skills. / liliExperience in financial services, retail or healthcare a plus, but more important is the ability to learn fast, ask questions, and solve problems. / li / ulpNordic is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to a policy of non-discrimination on any protected basis including race, creed, color, age, gender, religion, national origin, disability, marital or veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status under applicable local, state or federal law.
