• 100% office Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent Salary Range : $60,000- annually (flexible based on experience). Working Hours : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting Weekly : Provide updates on sales performance. Monthly : Analyze actual vs. budgeted results, track revenue to ordinary profit, and review asset holdings. Quarterly : Prepare accounting reports and supporting materials for shareholders and public announcements. Annual : Review subsidiary budgets, format data for headquarters submissions, and produce explanatory documents. Ad Hoc : Respond to special data / report requests from headquarters or stakeholders. Corporate & Project Support Prepare Japanese-language documents for headquarters approval (e.g., land acquisitions), integrating macro / micro-level business analyses. Accompany visiting executives to housing development project sites and other business locations (may require airport pickups or interstate travel). Act as a liaison and support representative for the U.S. subsidiary. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher. Strong foundation in finance and accounting with experience analyzing financial statements. Advanced proficiency in Japanese (reading, writing, business correspondence). High-level proficiency in English , with the ability to participate in meetings, interpret contracts, and compose business communications. Interest in the housing and construction industry. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to communicate effectively across time zones and cultures. Professional experience in a Japanese business environment is a plus.
