Dental Office Receptionist

Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental practice management software.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Process payments, handle billing and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations.
• Manage inventory of office supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
