Schedule and Additional Information :

Nights, 8 and 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends, and holiday shifts. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered for 3rd Shift, along with student loan forgiveness up to $20,000 and an RN referral bonus of $5,000 for Advocate Aurora teammates.

What You'll Do :

Major Responsibilities :

Licensure and Certification :

Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Education and Experience :

Completed accredited nursing program; 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Strong patient care focus, proficient computer skills, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, and maneuver patients, with exposure to potentially hazardous materials.
