About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Tech) to join a collaborative clinical team in Nashua, NH. This permanent position focuses on performing high-quality cardiac ultrasound exams under physician direction to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. The role requires strong technical expertise, independent judgment, and a patient-centered approach. This opportunity also includes relocation assistance up to $3,500 and a $16,500 retention incentive paid out over three years.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound examinations for interpretation by cardiologists or radiologists.
• Assist physicians during invasive ultrasound procedures as needed.
• Prepare, operate, and maintain cardiac ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal image quality.
• Review physician orders and requisitions to confirm correct exams and protocols.
• Accurately document all studies and ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and collaborate with care teams to ensure a smooth exam process.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited sonography program.
• Cardiac ultrasound certification through ARDMS or CCI (within required timeframe).
• BLS certification required.
• Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality patient care.
• Equivalent education and relevant clinical experience may be considered.

Schedule, Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: Starting at $50.00/hr (negotiable based on experience)
• Employment Type: Permanent, full-time
