About 9Round

Founded in 2008 by World Kickboxing Champion Shannon "The Cannon" Hudson and fitness enthusiast Heather "The Hero" Hudson, 9Round has grown into a global fitness movement. Our fast-paced, full-body workouts combine kickboxing with personal training in a fun, time-efficient format. No class times, just killer workouts on your schedule—with a coach every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

As a 9Round Fitness Trainer, you’ll lead our members through powerful workouts while providing energy, accountability, and community.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Greet members with energy and enthusiasm
  
  
• Guide them through the pre-designed 9Round Daily Workout
  
  
• Demonstrate exercises clearly and safely (kickboxing, strength, and functional movements)
  
  
• Keep members motivated and on track to reach their goals
  
  
• Use our PULSE heart rate technology to support results
  
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio
  
  
• Answer inquiries, assist with sign-ins, and manage light admin tasks
  
  
• Support studio promotions, events, and follow-up as needed

• Bonus: CPR/AED, personal training or group fitness certification, kickboxing or martial arts experience
