State Licensed Clinical Director

A company is looking for a Clinical Director, Neuro Transitional Centers.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards

Monitor performance indicators and lead quality improvement initiatives across centers

Assist in the development and integration of clinical protocols and support new center openings

Required Qualifications

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, or Registered Nurse

Master's degree or higher preferred; bachelor's degree or BSN required

Three or more years of experience in a senior management or director role

Five or more years of experience supporting multiple inpatient rehabilitation hospitals

Certified BLS required within 90 days of hire or promotion
