Temporary Accounting Clerk (QuickBooks Transition Project)
Location: NW Oklahoma City, OK 73116 Duration: 23 Weeks (Temporary Assignment) Pay: $18$20 per hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Accounting Clerk to assist with a short-term project transitioning from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online. This is a 2-3 week assignment based in NW Oklahoma City and is ideal for someone highly proficient in QuickBooks who can step in immediately and provide hands-on support during a system conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the migration from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online
- Review, reconcile, and verify financial data for accuracy during transfer
- Assist with chart of accounts setup, data cleanup, and system organization
- Troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting post-conversion
- Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed
Requirements Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online (required)
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles
- Experience with data reconciliation and financial reporting
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
