Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana. 6+ years of civil engineering experience, including project management. Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software. About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer (PE) to serve as a Project Manager for civil / site development and infrastructure projects in the Indianapolis area. This position offers the opportunity to lead projects from concept through completion, manage client relationships, and oversee technical teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and deliver civil engineering projects, including site design, grading, utilities, drainage, and roadway improvements.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, designers, and technical staff.
- Prepare, review, and stamp engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and permitting agencies.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company quality standards.
