Job role : Senior Front-End Engineer On-Device Commerce (Lightning Applications)

Duration : 6 Months Contract

Location : Philadelphia PA Hybrid (2 3 days / week onsite)

Job Description :

Experience Level : 8 10 years

About the Team

Join a dynamic On-Device Commerce team responsible for building lightning-based applications that power subscription purchases across all Comcast apps. Were expanding our capabilities with several major features on the horizon and contractors will play a key role in delivering these enhancements.

What Youll Do

  • Collaborate on front-end development efforts for subscription-based commerce experiences using Lightning and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with UX / UI designers to create intuitive responsive interfaces.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable maintainable codebases.
  • Participate in CI / CD workflows using Concourse.
  • Engage in code reviews testing and optimization to ensure high performance across devices.

Tech Stack & Tools

  • Primary : JavaScript Lightning (just a plus)
  • CI / CD : Concourse
  • Monitoring / Logging : ELK Stack (a plus)
  • Testing : Cypress (a plus)

    • What Were Looking For

  • 8 10 years of professional front-end development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern web development practices.
  • Experience building UI / UX for consumer-facing applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with hybrid work including 2 3 days onsite in Philadelphia.
  • Bonus : Familiarity with ELK stack and Cypress testing framework.
