Position Overview

RION Equipment is looking for a Field Technician to perform field service and repairs on customer forklift and material handling equipment. Youll primarily be working independently driving a company provided service truck to the customers place of operations but youll always have the support of the entire RION Equipment team.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES :

• Remove install repair disassemble assemble and perform failure analysis of all forklift and material handling equipment including engines attachments electrical systems hydraulics transmissions power train brakes steering and electronic and computer applications.
• Troubleshoot diagnose and repair most types and brands of lifts
• Read and understand schematics for electrical and hydraulic systems
• Perform proper preventative maintenance in a timely manner
• Work in a variety of customer locations and industry environments
