The Millennium Group (TMG) is an award-winning business process outsourcing firm focused on print, mail, document scanning, reception, and related office support services for Fortune 500 companies, professional service firms, and institutions of higher education. TMG is looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic team players interested in a career rather than just a job. With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Update indicative data as requested by client representatives on behalf of participants and institutions as outlined in the SLA.
  • Use third party database to research updated addresses for participants who have an outdated address listed in their record.
  • Export reports to Excel and format reports to be imaged.
  • Update Client payment addresses in order to ensure monthly payments are sent out correctly.
  • Monitor several Microsoft Outlook mailboxes in order to expedite the client's request to update indicative data.

Qualifications :

  • Strong typing and ten key skills.
  • Must have a HS diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be customer focused and display a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess general computer knowledge (data entry)
  • 1-2 years prior office services related experience.
  • Ability to carry out assigned tasks and projects to their completion.
  • Ability to identify and solve routine problems as they occur.
  • Ability to work individually or in a team environment.
  • Prior database management experience a plus.
  • Ability to read Spanish is a plus.
  • Proof of Vaccine is Required
