A company is looking for a System Director, Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) and Coding.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives for accurate clinical documentation, coding, and data quality
Act as a liaison between Health Information Management, CDI professionals, coding teams, and providers
Design and deliver ongoing education for CDI and coding teams and providers on documentation requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (Nursing, Health Information Management)
7 years of management experience in CDI, Health Information Management, and / or inpatient coding
Clinical Documentation Improvement Training
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse, RHIA, CCS, CDIP, or CCDS
Preferred experience with EPIC, Solventum, and CDI / Coding software
