Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Growth Opportunity

Are you someone who loves helping people, organizing solutions, and creating a positive customer experience? We’re expanding our virtual team and looking for motivated individuals to join us!

In this role, you’ll meet with clients over Zoom, review their needs, provide personalized solutions, and guide them through simple digital forms. No cold calling and no prior experience required, we provide full training and mentorship!

What You’ll Do :

  • Meet with clients virtually to review existing benefits
  • Update client information and help with requests
  • Provide support, and ongoing service
  • Maintain strong communication and follow-up
  • Represent our team with professionalism and care
