Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate

We are looking for :

An Associate with 3–7 years of experience in commercial bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, and Chapter 11 matters. This role offers the chance to work on complex cases and gain exposure to a wide range of clients and industries.

What you’ll do :

Represent creditors’ committees, debtors, institutional creditors, and other stakeholders in bankruptcy and restructuring matters.

Handle diverse assignments that provide substantive experience and direct client interaction.

Collaborate with a team of professionals on high-profile cases and strategic solutions.

What we’re looking for :

Strong background in commercial bankruptcy and corporate restructuring.

Familiarity with Chapter 11 proceedings.

Excellent academic credentials and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
