Entry Writer, Freight Forwarding Job at gpac in Whittier

Logistics company in the area, priding themselves on their robust end-to-end solutions they offer, is seeking an Entry Writer for their team. Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing customs documentation, ensuring regulations are followed
• Review and process import and export documents, ensuring all invoices and papers are present
• Partner with the operations/account management and sales teams for optimal customer satisfaction
• Answer client questions and monitor processing of goods
• Coordinate with vendors and carriers

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of entry writing experience, within a 3PL/Freight Forwarding environment
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors
• Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills
