Collection Manager (ISR) - Senior

DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Senior ISR Collection Manager to lead collection management operations in support of USCENTCOM intelligence requirements. This role provides critical mentorship to junior personnel and serves as a key advisor to senior leadership on ISR collection strategy, ensuring optimized intelligence support to operational and strategic decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Apply intelligence collection systems and capabilities to inform intelligence consumers and optimize ISR efforts.
• Collaborate across the Intelligence Community (IC) to validate requirements and develop actionable collection strategies.
• Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection operations and inform decision-making processes.
• Convert intelligence gaps into prioritized collection requirements and oversee tasking and monitoring execution.
• Develop assessments of current and future collection posture and provide input on ISR policy and doctrine.
• Ensure interoperability of intelligence systems and adherence to security protocols.

Compensation & Benefits :
