JOB DESCRIPTION

So, youre not into desk jobs? You like working with your hands, learning new stuff, and wont cry when it gets a little sweaty? Perfect! Were Busbys, and were looking for a hard-working human with a good attitude and a desire to build a real career. Well teach you how to install heating and air equipment like a pro, and in return, you bring the drive, good vibes, and maybe some dad jokes (optional but encouraged).

  • Occasionally travel overnight for training or industry events (on us!)
  • Represent the company like a legend in front of our customers

    • COMPENSATION

  • $16 $18 / hour (depending on your proven awesomeness)
  • Total Comp : $31K$40K+ with spiffs, bonuses, and incentives
