Available Schedules

• Sewickley - morning and afternoon shifts during weekdays; early morning and evening shifts on weekends
• Wexford - offers morning and afternoon shifts on weekdays and weekends; evening shifts on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday; overnight shifts on Friday/Sunday
• Duncan Manor - early morning shifts on weekdays and weekends; afternoon shifts on Monday/Wednesday/weekends; weekend evening shifts

Compensation & Perks

• Starting pay of $15.00-$16.00/hr, plus an additional $1/hr for weekend visits*
• Potential to earn up to $18.00/hr after completing your first 8 weeks of employment**

Your Responsibilities

• Foster meaningful connections with seniors through companionship and nurturing care
• Assist clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
• Support individuals with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help clients maintain their independence and dignity

Requirements

• A valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
• Minimum of three professional references
• Availability to work at least two shifts weekly with the same clients
• Basic English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply)
• Completion of all necessary compliance, licensing, or registration steps

*Weekend visits are defined as those starting between Saturday 12:01 AM and Sunday 11:59 PM.

**To qualify for the wage increase, you must adhere to Honor's driver eligibility requirements, maintain a clean driving record, have more than 6 months of professional caregiving experience, complete at least 20 visits in your initial 8 weeks, and stay in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 rate is applicable to select regions, primarily surrounding weekend shifts with higher client transfer needs.
