ENT Needed in Central Illinois!

Otolaryngologist needed for a regional rural hospital in central Illinois with a stellar reputation and a "castle of an ENT practice" to take over for a very busy patient panel.  Every service line they offer is well-established including a Level II Emergency Department, a Level II Perinatal Unit, a Regional Cancer Center, Behavioral Health Services, a Surgery Center, Cardiac Catheter Lab, Advanced Wound Center, and also home care and rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate is an experienced BC / BE Otolaryngology physician - practicing physicians and new grads are welcome to apply.

• Base Salary + RVUs + Value-Based Bonuses
• $700,000 - $900,000 in total comp is more than realistic
• $75,000 sign on bonus + $60,000 in retention bonuses
• Autonomy to create your own schedule
