What You’ll Be Doing:

• Guiding customers through the entire sales process — from vehicle selection to test drives, financing, and paperwork

• Delivering professional, knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles

• Using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and follow up with customers

• Educating customers on all the benefits of buying from Salt Lake Valley Buick GMC

• Presenting deal structures and optional finance products

• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

• Staying up-to-date on vehicle products, features, and accessories through ongoing training

• Representing our dealership with professionalism and pride

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, retail sales, or automotive sales (preferred)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a plus!

• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid in-state driver’s license with a good driving record
