SWTHZ is all about recovery, performance, and feeling your best, through contrast therapy, red light therapy, and innovative wellness experiences. Were looking for an Outgoing Community Outreach Rockstar to help us spread the SWTHZ energy, connect with our neighbors, and drive presales for our newest studios.


What Youll Do

• Host 12 weekly pop-ups or tabling events at local businesses, wellness studios, fitness centers, and community hotspots.
  
  
• Share the benefits of contrast therapy, red light therapy, and recovery sessions with the community.
  
  
• Build lasting partnerships with local businesses to increase awareness and presales opportunities.
  
  
• Represent SWTHZ at community events, wellness fairs, and festivals (be the face people remember!).
  
  
• Distribute session passes, presale offers, and swag and create excitement everywhere you go.
  
  
• Bring creative grassroots marketing ideas, like:
  
  
  • Recovery pop-ups at fitness studios or gyms
    
    
  • Red light therapy try-it events with wellness partners
    
    
  • Wellness flash mobs or surprise giveaways
    
    
  • Photo ops and social media buzz at high-traffic community spots

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outreach, field marketing, or community engagement preferred
  
  
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  
  
• Familiarity with wellness, fitness, or recovery services is a plus
  
  
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Canva, and marketing platforms a bonus
  
  
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and ready to hustle
  
  
• Must be available to work some weekends
