A company is looking for a Remote Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for federal and DoD positions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full cycle recruiting for federal and DoD positions

Source candidates through various channels and maintain accurate recruiting documentation

Represent the company at job fairs and community recruiting events

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience supporting federal civilian and / or DoD programs

Experience recruiting candidates with Public Trust through TS / SCI clearance levels

Must reside in the Tampa, Florida or surrounding areas

Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools

Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities
