The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs in residential apartments. Including troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining apartment systems, appliances and facilities.
Routine Maintenance & Repairs
General repairs in apartments, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance issues.
Plumbing :
- Leaky faucets
- Running toilets
- Installation of toilets / supply lines
- Installation of faucets
- Clogged drains
- Unclogging resetting garbage disposals.
- Minor leaks
