Construction Sales Representative

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Construction Sales Representative for a growing mechanical construction firm with a strong presence in the Alaska market.

This is a full-time, onsite role (with some flexibility for occasional remote work) based in Anchorage, Alaska

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Construction Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business and expanding mechanical construction projects across the Anchorage market. This role combines relationship-based sales with technical knowledge of mechanical systems, partnering closely with internal estimating, engineering, and project management teams. The ideal candidate is locally connected, proactive, and comfortable owning opportunities from initial pursuit through contract award.
