Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to lead a hospital-based outpatient wound care program.
This role offers a balanced schedule with no after-hours or weekend responsibilities and the opportunity to work in a highly specialized, procedure-focused environment providing care to patients with chronic and complex wounds.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced wound care management and Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) therapy
Perform procedures such as suturing, debridement, and incision & drainage (I&D)
Manage 15–20 patient encounters per day in a clinic setting
Collaborate with a full clinical support team including Case Manager, HBO Nurses, and Office Staff
Ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care and excellent outcomes
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (State of Oregon)
National certification and DEA license required
Minimum 1 year of NP experience with procedural background
Experience in wound care, dermatology, surgical, or procedural settings preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $115,000–$155,000 annually (based on experience)
Bonus: Quarterly performance-based bonus
