About the job CNC Programmer - Level 3

• Location: Tempe, AZ (On-Site)
• Salary: $71,000 - $80,000 + Full Time Benefit
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Main Duties:

• Work with various materials, tooling, and machine operations.
• Interpret engineering drawings to plan and set up machine operations.
• Inspect first-run and ongoing parts using precise measuring tools.
• Keep accurate records.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.
• Keep the machine area clean and organized.
• Possibly develop and document machine processes.
• Complete deburring tasks as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Give feedback to improve operations.
• Suggest ways to reduce waste and solve problems.
• Follow safety and health guidelines.
• Comply with company security policies.
• Handle other tasks as assigned.
• Work with complex materials and machinery.
• Interpret detailed engineering drawings.
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize products.
• Suggest improvements based on expertise.
• Act as a mentor and stand-in for Team Leader if needed.
• Read and understand complex technical information.
• Lead within the work group.
• Solve complex problems.
• Usually work with minimal supervision.

Skills and Experience:

• 8-10 years in CNC programming.
• Must know Mastercam (will be tested).
• Experience with SolidWorks.
• Siemens Controls knowledge is a bonus.
• Familiar with DMG Mori machines.
• Able to read and understand complex blueprints.
• Can write reports and document processes.
• 5+ years in a machinist leadership role.
• Good with basic to advanced math.
• Skilled in complex machine programming.

Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED
