About the Role

The VP will also be tasked with driving media negotiations, staying ahead of media trends, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within client-facing teams. Applicants for the Vice President of Media position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least 20 years of progressive leadership experience in media and advertising, particularly in cross-channel planning and buying. A proven track record of growing client relationships and delivering revenue growth is essential, as is strong financial management skills. The role demands an individual with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, who is a strategic thinker and can manage multiple priorities with great attention to detail. The VP will be expected to ensure operational excellence, engage in industry thought leadership, and establish and oversee end-to-end media processes to guarantee the highest quality standards in campaign delivery.
