    What You Get

    Commission earnings $90k$120k+

    Start between 6 : 308 : 30am

    Your Work

    Diagnose and repair appliances in customers homes

    Provide accurate estimates and collect payment

    Maintain your tools, vehicle, and inventory

    Complete invoices and route sheets on time

    Support the team and cross-train as needed

    What It Takes

    4+ years appliance repair experience

    Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skill

    Organized, self-driven, communicates well

    Willing to learn new tech

    Lift 50 lbs regularly

    At least 18
