Role Overview

The purpose of this role is to ensure smooth operations of our production data assets. Activities will include monitoring production systems for incident occurrence, alerting applicable parties when incidents arise and incident triaging and management. They will also carry out activities to prevent production incidents.

The Data Production Support Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production data assets and overall operational efficiency. They ensure the reliability and accuracy of our data production processes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, data acumen, problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
