Missouri Licensed Clinical Social Worker

A company is looking for a School Social Worker, LCSW - Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct assessments of students' mental health and behavioral needs in collaboration with educators and families

Provide individual and group counseling services addressing various emotional and social issues

Respond to crises in the school setting and participate in the development of IEPs and 504 Plans

Required Qualifications :

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program

Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent

Experience providing clinical or school-based social work services to children and adolescents

Strong clinical skills in assessment, counseling, and crisis response

Knowledge of school systems, child development, and evidence-based interventions
