With dedicated training facilities and strong partnerships across the rail sector, they deliver both open and bespoke courses aligned to Network Rail Group Standards, ensuring learners receive safe, compliant, and industry-relevant training.

As a Signalling Trainer, you will be a key member of the training delivery team, responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality training and assessment events at company training centres and customer sites. You will work closely with internal teams including Business Development, Quality, and Business Support to ensure training delivery meets contractual, regulatory, and commercial requirements.

The Role:
*Delivering Signalling Training and Assessment both from training centres or client sites
*Tailoring Training sessions, workshop and site based for candidates and clients
*Full Training into Teaching
*Monday to Friday - Flexible Hours

The Person:
*Practicable Experience in S&T with signalling competencies
*Genuine interest in moving into training / teaching
*Comfortable with some travel as required to company sites
