Your Responsibilities as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) :

Support our licensed nursing staff in providing quality resident care

Assist with bed-making and tidying resident rooms

Ensure call bells and bed controls are within residents’ reach

Serve drinks, snacks, and meals as needed

Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities

• Answer phones and assist the nursing team with daily tasks

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent

CNA License in the state (or eligibility to obtain)
