A company is looking for a Technical Lead / Lead Engineer to support federal health missions with modern technology delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional engineering teams by translating mission needs into executable technical plans
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure timely technical execution
Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in cloud-native and security-focused environments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Hands-on experience as a software engineer, platform engineer, cloud engineer, or systems engineer
Experience leading or mentoring engineers within delivery teams
Ability to collaborate with engineering, operations, and mission stakeholders
Active Secret Clearance is required
