A leading global law firm is seeking a high-caliber Strategic Initiatives Specialist to advance critical firmwide priorities. This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive transformative initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and enhance organizational effectiveness across markets worldwide. The ideal candidate combines strategic insight, operational excellence, and exceptional communication skills to influence outcomes and support the firms long-term growth objectives. This role will sit hybrid in NYC.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support firmwide business strategy, focusing on client relationships, organic growth, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Contribute to partner integration and collaboration initiatives with practice leaders and internal stakeholders.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings for major strategic initiatives; document outcomes and track follow-through.
- Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor initiative progress and impact.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend efficiency enhancements.
- Conduct business intelligence research to support strategic planning and leadership initiatives.
- Draft presentations, talking points, and executive-level communications.
- Assist with firm events, meetings, and special projects, including occasional evening or travel commitments.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelors degree required5+ years of experience in professional services, strategy, or project management required.Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; experience preparing executive-level materials.High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; design skills and familiarity with data analysis / reporting tools a plus.Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and exercise discretion.
